This delightful resort with the second largest ski area in British Columbia, has huge plans to become Canada’s next big resort, but at the moment it’s a near-perfect small resort. Sun Peaks is a very similar resort to Big White and Silver Star. It's closer to Vancouver so avoiding a second flight is feasible, and it beats its neighbours for luxury hotel lovers - it has the best value slopeside hotel in skidom.
Most of our bookings to Sun Peaks are families because it is such a wonderful place for them, but there's no reason why other skiers shouldn't go there. It's got pretty much everything except a large village with lots of facilities. It's a quiet little place. |
